Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Claw Design, including claudedesign.cc, the app workspace, usage credits, generated outputs, and related services.
By accessing or using Claw Design, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
Claw Design provides a web workspace for AI-assisted creative work. Users can create an account, buy usage credits or plans, manage projects, generate design outputs, and publish or share selected work.
The website handles buying, account, and plan information. The app workspace handles login, balance visibility, project work, generation status, and generated outputs.
Claw Design is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic.
Accounts
You may need an account to use parts of Claw Design. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity under your account unless the activity was caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
Usage credits, payments, and refunds
Some features require paid plans, usage credits, or subscriptions. Prices, included usage units, renewal terms, and purchase details are shown before checkout.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for purchases, renewals, taxes, and applicable fees.
- Usage credits and plan benefits are not cash, stored value, or transferable currency.
- Unused credits may expire or be limited according to the plan or purchase terms shown at checkout.
- Payments are generally final and non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated in the purchase terms.
- We may change pricing or plan details prospectively. Changes do not affect completed purchases unless stated or required by law.
User content and generated outputs
You retain rights you already have in prompts, uploaded files, and other content you provide. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may use generated outputs for your own lawful purposes.
You grant Claw Design the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, store, and generate outputs from your content so we can provide the service.
You are responsible for the content you submit, the instructions you give, and how you use or share generated outputs. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your intended use.
Publishing and sharing
Work in your workspace is private by default. Publishing or sharing is a separate action.
When you publish or share a generated output, people with access to the link may view it. You are responsible for making sure the published material is lawful, accurate, and appropriate to share.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Claw Design or help others misuse it.
- Do not violate laws, regulations, third-party rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or contractual obligations.
- Do not submit or generate content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, hateful, or intended to harm others.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, systems, data, models, prompts, infrastructure, or billing flows without authorization.
- Do not interfere with service security, rate limits, abuse controls, monitoring, or availability.
- Do not resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, or automate the service except where expressly allowed by us.
- Do not use Claw Design to create malware, credential theft, spam, fraud, or other harmful activity.
Intellectual property
Claw Design, including the website, app interface, software, documentation, branding, design systems, and service infrastructure, is owned by Claw Design or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These terms do not transfer ownership of Claw Design or any underlying technology to you.
Service changes and availability
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of Claw Design at any time. We may also update features, model providers, pricing, usage limits, and availability.
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Termination
You may stop using Claw Design at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay amounts due, or used the service unlawfully.
After termination, some provisions continue to apply, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms.
Disclaimer
Claw Design is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.
You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before relying on, publishing, or using them in commercial, legal, professional, or high-risk contexts.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claw Design will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Claw Design for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Claw Design from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of Claw Design after an update means you accept the updated terms.
