What is Claude design and how does Claw Design help?

Claude design refers to AI-assisted design workflows. Claw Design is an independent web workspace built for that workflow — buy credits, manage projects, and generate polished design outputs in one place. Claw Design is not affiliated with Anthropic.

Is Claw Design affiliated with Anthropic or the Claude AI assistant?

No. Claw Design is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC, and we use the phrase "Claude design" in the generic sense of AI-assisted design workflows. Is Claw Design a desktop app or a website?

The buying and account experience lives on the website. The desktop app is for login, balance visibility, and generation status. You do not need to install anything to start — the workspace runs in your browser.

Do the plans include real usage units?

Yes. Each subscription or pack lists the included usage units so you can choose by volume before opening the app. There are no hidden multipliers, upstream-token math, or internal cost surcharges shown on the page — what you see is what you spend.

Can I start without choosing a paid plan?

You can open the app, sign in, and review your account state before buying credits or a subscription. The homepage CTA opens the workspace, not a checkout page.

Will my generated work be public by default?

No. Publishing is a separate action. Generations are private to your workspace until you explicitly choose to publish, and published artifacts are served with a noindex header so search engines do not crawl them.

Who owns the designs I generate with Claw Design?

You do. Claw Design does not claim ownership of any prompt you write or any output we generate from it. Subject to applicable law and to your responsibility for the prompts you send, generated artifacts belong to you and you may use them commercially. The full grant lives in our Terms of Service.

What is your refund policy?

If a paid plan or one-time pack does not match what you expected, email support@claudedesign.cc within 14 days of purchase from the email address on your account. We refund unused credits and prorate subscriptions on a case-by-case basis. Statutory consumer rights (for example the EU 14-day right of withdrawal) always apply on top of this policy.

Do you offer team or enterprise plans?

Team and enterprise plans are not yet self-serve. If you need shared billing, more than one seat, SSO, a custom data-processing agreement, or a security review, email support@claudedesign.cc with the subject "team" and we will follow up within two business days.

How does Claw Design handle data security and subprocessors?

Generations and account data are stored on Cloudflare D1 and R2. Login uses Google OAuth. Payment and billing are handled by our payment processor. The current list of subprocessors and how we handle data subject requests (GDPR/CCPA) are documented in our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.

Which languages does Claw Design support?

The marketing site is available in 13 languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Arabic, and Hindi. The workspace UI is currently English-first; the model accepts prompts in any of the 13 supported languages.

What happens if I run out of usage units mid-project?

When your balance reaches zero, in-flight generations finish and new generations are blocked until you top up. There is no surprise overage charge — Claw Design never bills you above the plan you chose. You can buy a one-time pack from the workspace to keep going.

How do you moderate generated content?

Claw Design relies on the safety filters of the underlying model providers, plus our own rules: no generated content for sexual material involving minors, malware, targeted harassment, or hate speech. If a generation is blocked you will see a clear message explaining which rule applied; you can rephrase and try again or contact support if you believe a block was wrong.

What counts as one usage unit?

A usage unit is a fixed unit of generation work, abstracted away from upstream model tokens. Roughly: a single prompt-to-output round on a small artifact uses tens to hundreds of units; a long, iterative session on a complex design system uses thousands. You can see the unit cost of every generation in the workspace before you confirm it.

How do I export my data or close my account?

You can export every project and artifact as a ZIP from the workspace settings. To delete your account and all associated data, email privacy@claudedesign.cc from the email address on your account; we acknowledge within two business days and complete the deletion within statutory deadlines (30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA).
